Chapmans fish and king prawn curry

Luxury fish & king prawn curry in a Thai style curry sauce, garnished with coriander.

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk, Whitefish (23%) (FISH), King Prawns (20%) (CRUSTACEANS), Béchamel Sauce Mix ( Modified Maize Starch, Skimmed MILK Powder, Whole MILK Powder, WHEAT Flour [WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin ], Sugar, Non-hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Garlic Powder, Herb Extract, Spice Extract), Thai Red Curry Paste ( Water, Rapeseed Oil, Minced Lemongrass, Garlic Purée, Onion, Red Chilli Paste [ Red Chilli Peppers, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid) ], Concentrated Tomato Paste, Modified Maize Starch, Minced Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Sugar, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Thai Basil, Coriander Leaf, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Ground Cardamom, Paprika Extract, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) ), Peppers, Lime Juice, Coriander.   

Cooking From Frozen:

Cook from Frozen: For best results cook from frozen. Remove box and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of an oven pre-heated to 190°C/Fan170°C/Gas Mark. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes.

Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Storage From Frozen:

Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
