PREPARATION:
THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE DEEP FRIED FROM FROZEN CONDITION. HEAT OIL TO 180°C, PLACE CRAB CLAWS EVENLY OVER THE FRYING BASKET THEN LOWER INTO AMPLE OIL AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
