Ingredients: Minced White Fish33%, Partially Dehydrated Potato, Wheat flour, Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin B3, Thiamin B1, Sunflower oil, Rapeseed oil, Palm oil, Yeast, Salt, Colours: Curcumin Capsanthin. Gluten, Vegetable oil, Rusk, Seasoning,Skimmed Milk powder, Mustard powder, stabilizer: Methylcellulose.
Cooking Instructions: for best results cook from frozen,
Oven bake: Preheat oven to 220c place product on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Deep Fry: Pre heat oil to 180c Gently lower product into the hot oil for 4-5 minutes do not over fill the fryer. Grill: place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
