Ingredients: smoked Hadoock Fish30%, Salt, Colours: Curcumin, Mornay sauce14%, Water, Cheddar Cheese, Whipping cream, Skimmed Milk powder, White wine, Modified waxy starch, Salted Butter, Yeast extract, Wheat flour, Potato rosti6%, Sunflower oil, Oatmeal breader6%, Flour treatment agent: Ascorbic acid, Leeks4% Rapeseed oil.
Cooking Instructions.
Oven bake: Rreheat oven to 220c place fishcake onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Fry: Rreheat oil to 160c carefully lower fishcake into oil and cook for around 12-14 minutes.
