Ingredients:
Cooked Crabmeat ( White & Brown ) (CRUSTACEAN) (41%), Potato, Red Peppers (11%), Cod (FISH) (10%), Breadcrumb ( WHEAT Flour
[ Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin ], Water, Salt, Yeast ), Rapeseed Oil, Colour: Paprika E160c ), Rocket, Lemon Juice, Salt, Ground Ginger, White Pepper.
Cooking From Frozen:
Oven Bake – From Frozen. Remove all packaging. Brush liberally with cooking oil and Place on a baking tray in the centre of an oven, preheated to 200ºC / 180⁰C Fan / Gas Mark 6 and cook for approximately 35 – 40 minutes.
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly.
Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Storage From Frozen:
Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
